All work coming under Part P will be certified and building control notified where applicable.
An Electrical Installation Certificate will be issued for all new circuits, Rewires, and Consumer unit changes.
A Minor works Certificate will be issued for small works such as additional socket or lighting points to an existing circuit.
Electrical Installation Condition Reports can be issued to asses an installations safety for continued use and compliance with current wiring regulations.
Where a job falls under Part P of the building regulations the local planning office will be notified and a building compliance certificate will be issued.
